Practical tools for small business operations

Keep every order clear.
Make your workflow visible.

We turn scattered messages and spreadsheets into simpler ways to track orders, stock, and fulfillment. Start with a working prototype, then tailor the scope to how your store actually operates.

This portfolio shows independent prototypes, not completed paid-client projects.

The problem we work on

Repeated manual work deserves a clearer system.

Not every store needs enterprise software. A reliable register, explicit order statuses, and useful inventory signals can be the right starting point.

01

Orders lost in chats

Keep incoming orders and statuses in one place, instead of searching through message threads.

02

Unclear stock counts

See products, reserved quantities, and items that need a stock review.

03

Little operational visibility

Review order activity and recorded payments, with transparent limits on what the figures mean.

Work you can try

See something concrete.

Self-initiated demonstrations, not hypothetical promises. Open the working demo or download the Excel sample without submitting real customer data.

How we work

From a small problem to a usable tool.

Begin with a modest scope, and expand only when the need and expected value are clear.

01

Understand the process

What gets recorded, where does time get lost, and who needs visibility?

02

Define a small scope

Agree on features, constraints, and a fixed quote before implementation.

03

Test safely

Check calculations and workflows using sample data rather than sensitive records.

04

Hand over clearly

Deliver the tool with usage notes and its known limitations.

Direct WhatsApp integration, concurrent multi-user access, cloud sync, and accounting features are not included in the current prototype. They require separate assessment and scope.

Before you contact us

Good questions to ask

Know what is included and what is not before you commit.

Is the interactive demo production-ready?

No. It is a demonstration using sample data, and changes are lost on refresh. Production use requires appropriate data persistence, backups, access control, and inventory workflow validation.

Do I need hosting or a monthly subscription?

Not necessarily. Excel can operate locally. Advanced features such as real-time team collaboration or automation may require additional services agreed in advance.

Does the current system automatically connect to WhatsApp?

No. Any later integration would need a feasibility check, official supported methods, and a separate quote.

Is the price fixed?

We agree a fixed price for a defined scope after learning what you need. Local payment via Jaib may be possible if it is available to both parties.

Should I enter customer data into the demo?

No. Use fictional data only. Real implementations first require an agreed approach to data handling, backup, and access.
